Questions, trouble with a scan, or something not working right — here's how to reach us and a few quick answers first.
Subscriptions are handled entirely through Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, then select Stub to change your plan or cancel. Stub never sees your payment information.
Scanning works best with good lighting and the full stub in frame, held flat. If a scan still comes back incomplete, you can always fill in or correct any field by hand — nothing is locked once scanned.
Every free account gets one lifetime edit and one lifetime dual-camera photo to try the app out. Unlimited edits, photos, and new tickets are part of Stub Cinema Club.
Your tickets and photos live on your device. Stub doesn't require an account, run ads, or upload your journal anywhere — see the Privacy Policy in the app for details on the one exception (ticket scanning).
